Customer Success - Key Account Management Internship (m/f)
In order to maintain the growth of our young company, we’re looking for a motivated supporter for our Customer Success team.
- You will analyze the performance of our customers portals based on KPI-Reports
- You create actions, to optimize the performance of our customer portals and realize them together with the team
- You refine the performing reports to understand the performance of the customer portals in detail
- You communicate via E-Mail and phone with the contact persons of your customers
- You identify potential Upselling opportunities for our customers using an evaluation of the performance reports and the CRM
- You assist our Customer Success Team in Data projects for our customers
- You are structured and like to work with data
- You have an intuitional access to Software and you can handle precise data well
- You like to telephone and already have experiences in talking to Customers
- You are quick-witted, flexible convincing and have a great focus on customers
- You have a pleasant voice and an engaging personality
- You are fluent in German and possibly know any other languages
- You are available for a period of 6 months
