Once you have sent a corrective action to a supplier, its status or resolution can be tracked at any time. You can choose to be notified by mail about any new development.

You can customize Corrective Actions for each type of supplier you work with. Additionally, you can easily track and analyze which problems occur with what frequency and with which suppliers.

Corrective Action templates are the pre-formatted templates you create and customize when you first set up the Corrective Actions product. When the time comes, your team can simply choose from the templates, fill one in with information about the issue and send it off to your supplier.
